We want you to love your purchase! Because our items are preowned, we have a limited return policy.

Returns We Accept

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item was not as described

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items with flaws clearly noted in the listing
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Request a Return

Email us at mcooper@myvillagegoods.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos are helpful). Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
